You may be wondering whether counselling or psychotherapy might help you...
My therapy practice gives you the chance to discuss personal difficulties in a confidential setting and at your pace. I am trained to help explore and make sense of issues without judging or giving advice. The aim is to help you to feel less confused or troubled, to find new perspectives, making positive changes in your life - or coming to terms with things that can't be changed.
I offer short and long-term counselling for adults at my private practice in a discreet setting in Lyndhurst, in the New Forest. Lyndhurst is 5 minutes from the M27, and 15 minutes from Southampton.
I am happy for you to make contact with me in order to ask questions about how the counselling works, and to help you decide whether you would like to arrange an Initial Assessment session.
This first session allows me to find out a bit about you and what's brought you to see me, as well as whether you feel you've come to the right place. You may decide straight away, or wish to go away and think about it.
Lyndhurst is located on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire, within easy reach of Southampton, Lymington, Brockenhurst, Ringwood, Romsey, Christchurch and New Milton.
I have undertaken training in online, phone and text counselling with the Open University in collaboration with BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
